Did you know that Italians consume an average of 23kg of pasta per person annually? That’s roughly 64g daily!
To put it into perspective, a typical restaurant serving of pasta is about 80g. Given the total population’s diversity (which includes babies and the elderly), it’s safe to say that the average Italian enjoys ONE dish of pasta every single day.
That’s amore for pasta!
Singapore, November 6th, 2023 – I attended a nice B2B wine tasting event organized by DealExport at 13% Wine Bistro in Singapore. The event showcased multiple French wineries looking for potential distributors in the Singapore market. Over 50 labels were available for sampling, but the highlight for me was the incredible Champagne flight featuring 19 different bubbly.
