Description
Obtained from Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mascalese grapes cultivated on the island of Salina it is an intense ruby wine, with a fruity aftertaste, it has hints of morello and wild cherry. The bouquet brings the fragrance of the wild flowers in the Mediterranean scrub. Perfectly balanced, it can support a few years of aging. Excellent meat and cheese dishes with a distinctive taste.

The grapes, harvested between on second decade of September. Aging process in the large barrels for six months and in stainless steel vats for 6 months more at controlled temperature; 3 months in bottle prior to release.
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
